HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES??

UNZIPPING PC: to extract a single file or folder, double click the compressed folder to open it.

Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location.

If you want to extract the entire file/folder, right click the folder, and select ‘extract all’.



UNZIPPING MAC: Double click the .zip file. then search for the product folder.

It’s usually found in your ‘downloads” folder.
